RMC, Karachi started its function soon after the partition of the subcontinent and controls all Meteorological Observatories, Meteorological Watch Offices (MWO), and Meteorological Offices (MO) across Sindh. It provides provincial/district weather forecasts and warnings to the public and media.

About Us

This regional head office, established in 2003, initially consisted of only a few Meteorological Observations in the KPK Province. Over the years, it has significantly enhanced its weather forecasting capabilities, providing accurate and timely meteorological services to the region.
